John J. Palomino was born in New Rochelle, NY to April and John J. Palomino Sr. He is an Actor and Filmmaker, that spent most of his childhood playing sports and spending time with family, but his first on-camera experience came when he got featured in a United Way Commercial starring NFL Hall of Famer, Derrick Brooks. Then some years later, he decided to take an Actors Workshop as an Elective in College; it was this moment that art and acting became a true passion of his. Since then, John has had the opportunity to work and learn from a talented breed of actors and filmmakers. He's been featured in shows like, the popular international true-crime TV Series, Joe Kenda: Homicide Hunter that airs on I.D. (Investigation Discovery), a Spike TV Bellator MMA Commercial featuring Fedor Emelianenko, and a BET "50 Central" commercial, featuring Hip Hop Mogul, 50 Cent. John has worked on a countless amount of Independent projects, that include the male lead actor of the Award Winning Short Film Largo, and the BossipTV comedy series. Aside from Acting, John has done some writing, directing, and producing of his own. His first short film, "Man of the House", which is in the Film Festival circuit, is about the day his father died by Suicide. The film, which is based on a true story of John's upbringing, was a 2018 Gentleman Jack Real to Reel Atlanta Film Selection, a 2017 Revolt Film Festival Finalist, and won "Best Promotional Trailer" at the 2017 Content Creators Of Atlanta Awards. John has partnered up with organizations like the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in New York, Connecticut, and Miami-Dade to bring awareness to this important topic and hope to end the stigma associated with Mental Health and Suicide. He's also hosted screening and panel events with the Mt Vernon New York Youth Police Academy, the Jack and Jill of America, Inc. of Mid-Hudson, and The Atlanta Mayor's Office of Film and Entertainment, all to educate and help families that are struggling today with Mental Health issues, and or a Suicide loss. Man of the House, has connected John with a ton of people in the mental health community and has also been seen by some of your favorite celebrities, including Mack Wilds, Lauren London, Benny Boom, Eva Marcille, Omar Epps, and King Bach.
