Darwin Mirasol was born in Guam, traveled the world with his military family and settled in Las Vegas Nevada. At an early age, Darwin had a fondness for the Martial Arts. Growing up watching Bruce Lee and classic Shaw Brothers films, he was naturally drawn to Kung Fu. His father, noticing his interest in the Arts and his natural abilities, enrolled him in his first class at the age 5. From that point on, Darwin studied various Martial Arts and competed in sports/tournaments (Kempo Karate, Sayoc Kali & Greco-Roman wrestling) through the years. It wasn't until 1998 Darwin found his passion For Wing Chun and began to perfect everything he learned from his Sifu Temple and Grandmaster Lo Man Kam. Grandmaster Lo Man Kam is the maternal nephew and disciple of the late Grandmaster Ip Man (the Master of Bruce Lee). In 2007, Darwin was invited to compete in the Chin Woo World Martial Arts Championships, where he was awarded the Gold medal in the Advanced Chi Sao category as well as the Silver medal in forms. With 20 years of training under the strict guidance of Sifu Temple and Grandmaster Lo Man Kam, Darwin utilizes his training of mind and body for the film industry and celebrity protection. Through determination and hard work, he motivates those around him to find what pushes and motivates them. He is a creative mentor and is dedicated to his craft.
