Kyle Couch grew up creating films and had his first experience with production in High School. He had joined the school news production team and fell in love. After interning at the local community college on a documentary, he knew creating films would become his lifelong goal. After high school, he spent time writing his own scripts. In 2011 he began attending Oakland Community College, enrolled in the Cinematic Arts program. In 2012 he began working with a local ministry to create short films and video content for the congregation. It was through this practice that Kyle began sharpening his skills, as a storyteller and with the technology needed, to bring those stories to life. He went on to direct two award-winning short films for the ministry, One Last Run, and The Eulogy. Kyle still works with the church to bring stories of hope and redemption to the screen. His most recent effort, Life Prescribed, won him a nomination for Best Director at the Global Impact Film Festival in Washington D.C.
