Born and raised in New England, Christopher Anthony Maida was born in Danverse Massachusetts to Donald and Teresa Maida on February 2nd 1984. At the age of fourteen his family relocated to Missouri for two years before his fathers career offered them an opportunity to return to New England where he finished high school at Middleborough High in Massachusetts. After serving in the US Air Force, he started his acting career appearing on various local TV networks before relocating to New York where he worked regularly in TV and film.
